Housecare is a membership-based home management service designed to act as a chief of staff for your home. Homeowners get a single point of contact to manage preventative maintenance, coordinate vendors, and keep everything organized through a companion mobile app.
Strategy
When we first started working on the Housecare.com brand, we were starting from zero. No existing logo, messaging, or customers. Just a name and an idea to drastically improve the lives of millions of homeowners.

The largest challenge with the visual identity was establishing the necessary sense of trust that would be required for customers to feel comfortable allowing the brand into their most sacred space - their home.
To accomplish this, we sought to differentiate the brand from the traditional kitschy home service tropes like bright colors and animated characters.
Instead, we drew inspiration from luxury brands and elevated experiences. We wanted homeowners to feel as if they had the concierge staff at The Four Seasons at their fingertips.



Brand Identity
The visual identity was designed to feel calm, modern, and trustworthy. The color palette and typography were chosen to signal reliability without feeling cold or corporate. The system works equally well across marketing, product, and future expansion, giving Housecare a cohesive and flexible foundation.

The result is a brand that launched feeling credible and fully formed. Housecare.com entered the market with a brand that matched its unique value proposition, giving the fledgling startup a head start on their journey to scale.
